Purpose
The Phone Receptionist forms a crucial part of our Client Services team during our busiest months of the year. The role supports the team by answering client queries, transferring calls and taking messages.
Performance indicators:
- Response times – telephone, email and internal comms
- Daily 0% missed call rate target
Responsibilities
- Answering the office main line
- Monitoring shared inboxes, dealing with a range of enquiries
- Responding to viewing and/or appraisal enquiries
- Coordinating with TMH staff and Viewing Hosts working across our peak times
- Supporting aspects of team administration both internal and external
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a team
Team
The Client Services Coordinator reports into our Client Operations Manager. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Commercial Team.
