Interim Transformation Lead (PMO / Value Creation)

Mandate
This role will act as a central transformation operator, working closely with the PE sponsor and CEO to:
- Establish visibility & control
- Build structured reporting and KPI frameworks
- Create clear tracking across all strategic initiatives

- Assess current SaaS offering vs client needs
