The role sits closely with the sponsor and leadership team, helping drive alignment, prioritisation and execution across a range of value creation initiatives.
Key experience:
- Ex-McKinsey / Bain / Boston (or equivalent strategy background)
- Strong exposure to SaaS / platform or tech-enabled businesses
- Experience operating within PE-backed
- Track record driving transformation across commercial, product and operational functions
- Comfortable bringing structure, prioritisation and execution discipline into scaling businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate across leadership teams
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating as a high-end individual contributor, bridging strategy and execution.
6–12 month assignment, London-based with international exposure.
Rate circa £1000 per day, outside IR35.
