- You hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or similar (essential)
- You stay calm in tough moments and want to learn how to support children through trauma
- You’re comfortable working alone at times and following structured routines
- You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (essential)
