What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ve worked in residential childcare
  • You hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or similar (essential)
  • You stay calm in tough moments and want to learn how to support children through trauma
  • You’re comfortable working alone at times and following structured routines
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (essential)
