Role Overview

Care Workers will deliver person‑centred care within our vibrant community, ensuring client wellbeing at home.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person‑centred care to clients in residential settings.
  • Support daily living activities and assist with medication, hygiene and mobility.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate with clinical teams.

Qualifications

  • No prior care experience required; dedication and empathy are essential.
  • Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (NVQ) Diploma is preferred.
  • Valid driving licence and reliable transport; driving is mandatory.
