Location: South West – Covering sites in Cornwall and Plymouth with occasional cover in Devon.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused experience across our mobile screening sites in South West.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome patients and guide them through their screening journey with empathy and professionalism
- Support clinical colleagues in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Assist with patient handovers between screening and CT scan locations
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality
- Help manage clinic flow, support scheduling, and respond to patient queries
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control
- Contribute to a 7-day service, including bank holidays, with occasional remote admin work

- Experience in a patient or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and patient management systems
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
