What You’ll Be Doing
As our Lead Nurse / ODP, you will:
- Inspire and support your team to deliver safe, high‑quality endoscopy care

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP
- Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent)
- Confidence communicating at all levels
- Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations
- A commitment to continuous learning and development— for yourself and others
