We’re looking for a Lead Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our growing Endoscopy service. What You’ll Be Doing

As our Lead Nurse / ODP, you will:

  • Inspire and support your team to deliver safe, high‑quality endoscopy care
  • Act as a visible leader and role model—someone colleagues can turn to

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP
  • Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent)
  • Confidence communicating at all levels
  • Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development— for yourself and others

For eligible roles (which includes this one), we offer an additional payment of £10 per hour, up to a maximum of £50 per day, for each weekend day worked. This is paid monthly in arrears.
