This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, working cross‑functionally and making a tangible impact on cash flow and business performance. You will play a key role in improving billing accuracy, reducing delays from service delivery to invoicing, and driving efficiencies through data quality and automation.
Beaconsfield (Hybrid) – This is a full‑time permanent position, working from our office in Beaconsfield, on a hybrid basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver accurate and timely billing across NHS and private revenue streams
- Ensure strong data capture and coding supports clean submissions and fast reimbursement
- Implement pricing changes and inflationary uplifts correctly and on time
- Support automation initiatives and standardise processes to improve cash conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Billing Team, driving performance, development and engagement
- Oversee end‑to‑end billing processes across multiple service lines
- Ensure billing meets contractual deadlines and aligns with month‑end reporting cycles
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls and data quality
- Reduce time from service delivery to invoice to improve cash flow and DSO
- Maintain robust pricing controls and documentation
- Support onboarding of new services, contracts and revenue streams
- Partner with Data, Operations, Commercial and Shared Services teams
- Monitor and enhance existing automation and RPA solutions
- Deliver reporting, KPIs and performance insights
