At InHealth, we are committed to making healthcare better for our patients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Endoscopy Service Manager to join our North Bristol Community Diagnostic Centre and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred services.
Working alongside the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership, support service development, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operational management and performance of the Endoscopy service.
- Driving service quality, patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Managing capacity, utilisation and key performance indicators to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Leading recruitment, development and performance management of the Healthcare Support Worker team.
- Working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify and implement service improvements.
About You
- Experienced in service or operational management within a healthcare environment.
- Skilled in leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and care.
- Confident managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare governance, compliance and CQC standards.

* This includes colleagues delivering face to face patient care in the Lung screening mobile units, Endoscopy, AAA Screening, Breast Screening, PET-CT, Audiology, Mobiles, Imaging Centres and CDC’s. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
