About the role
At InHealth, we’re growing our teams and are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with an endoscopy background to join our static site in Witney. You’ll be an integral part of delivering high‑quality endoscopy services, providing patient‑centred care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of every individual.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting patients pre, during, and post diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high‑quality, individualised patient care
- Supporting the senior clinical team and supervising registered and unregistered colleagues
- Participating in endoscope decontamination, traceability, and equipment care
- Taking part in clinical audits and maintaining effective communication across the MDT
About you:
- A Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and experience in an endoscopy setting
- A reliable, supportive team player who contributes positively to team culture
- Calm, confident, and able to work effectively in challenging or pressured situations
- Flexible and adaptable with strong time and workload management skills
- An excellent communicator with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels
