Registered Nurse in Redruth

Location: Community Diagnostic Centre, Redruth, Cornwall

Start Date: Towards the end of this year

Here at InHealth, we’re expanding our teams and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our brand-new Community Diagnostic Centre in Redruth. You’ll deliver Endoscopy services to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre/during/post diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programmes for patients
• Support senior clinical staff and supervise others
• Participate in decontamination and care of endoscopes and specialised equipment
• Take part in clinical audits
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team

About you

• Experienced Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
• A supportive team player who creates a positive atmosphere
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and flexible
• Excellent communicator with strong time management skills
