At In Health, we’re proud to be the largest provider of the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) in England.

Our Surrey and North East Hampshire (Jarvis) Breast Screening Service stands out as our flagship – serving approximately 200,000 women over a 3-year cycle and operating with a dedicated team of over 50 professionals.

We’re now seeking a dynamic

Programme Manager to lead and shape the future of this service.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in women’s health, overseeing one of the country’s most critical and far-reaching breast screening operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission – delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality screening services across our static unit at the Jarvis Breast Centre and five mobile units covering a vast geographic area.

You’ll

  • Lead and plan the full delivery cycle of breast screening services
  • Ensure compliance with national KPIs and NHSE Service Specification No 24
  • Champion patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of over 50 multidisciplinary staff
  • Act as CQC Registered Manager for private patients
  • Manage NHS Trust relationships across six referral sites for treatment
  • Take responsibility for service budgets, commercial performance, and audits
  • Drive service innovation and lead on clinical governance initiatives
