Guided by our purpose to Make Healthcare Better, InHealth works closely with the NHS and other healthcare providers to deliver improved patient outcomes. We have ambitious growth plans, and the London service is entering an exciting new chapter. Our flagship King’s Cross Community Diagnostic Centre opens later this year, followed by a full refurbishment of an existing CDC site in 2027, with further development opportunities across the wider London estate to follow.
The role:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team for Diagnostics, you will have responsibility and accountability for the Community Diagnostic Centre services, including Ultrasound, across London. You will lead, develop, manage and support local operational teams, working closely with shared services to ensure the organisational goals/objectives are met and where possible, exceeded. In defining the divisional strategy, you will focus on improving commercial performance while maintaining high standards of clinical quality. You will identify and maximise growth opportunities across both NHS and private service lines, ensuring that operational capacity meets this growing demand, while delivering to contractual KPIs and ensuring positive customer relationships.
