Join InHealth and help us deliver our mission to make healthcare better! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement experience who’s keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of supply across the business, supporting supplier relationships, and driving best value through effective procurement practices. This is a hybrid role, working from our office in Beaconsfield, 2 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring continuity of supply for goods and services across key spend areas
- Supporting Category Managers with day-to-day procurement activities (raising and tracking purchase orders, supplier coordination)
- Acting as the first escalation point for purchasing issues
- Managing supplier relationships and maintaining accurate contract records within procurement systems
- Supporting RFI, RFP, tendering, and negotiation processes
- Working closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries and identify root causes
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and deliver on business needs
- Producing spend analysis reports and contributing to category strategies
- Supporting supplier performance management and regular reviews
- Assisting in contract management and supplier sourcing activities
- Contributing to procurement-related projects, including new site mobilisation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working within a Procurement function or similar environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
- Good analytical skills, with experience working with data and reports
