- Reducing delays between service delivery and invoicing to improve cash flow and DSO
- Driving process improvements, automation and standardisation initiatives
- Supporting onboarding of new services, contracts and revenue streams
- Managing pricing updates, inflationary uplifts and billing governance
- Delivering reporting, KPIs and performance insights to support decision-making
- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Shared Services
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a confident and engaging leader who combines operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience leading and developing successful billing or finance operations teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end billing processes
- Experience working with billing systems, reporting and data-driven processes
- A track record of improving processes, controls and operational efficiency
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence, collaborate and build strong working relationships
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Make a genuine impact in a business that supports millions of patients. Join a collaborative and supportive leadership team. Play a key role in transformation and continuous improvement projects. Hybrid working with a modern Beaconsfield head office base. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Be part of an organisation with a clear purpose: Make Healthcare Better.
