What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll lead recruitment across a diverse portfolio of clinical, clinical support and corporate roles, particularly within hard‑to‑fill areas such as Imaging, PET‑CT and Endoscopy.
  • Partner with senior operational and HR leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
  • Design and deliver creative attraction campaigns across multiple channels
  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insight
  • Continuously improve job adverts, selection processes and recruitment outcomes
  • Utilise Eploy ATS to manage activity, track progress and ensure compliance

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a complex, multi‑site organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach – particularly in challenging recruitment markets
  • Experience recruiting for specialist or hard‑to‑fill roles (e.g. clinical professionals)
  • Confidence in candidate assessment, shortlisting and screening
  • Skilled in writing compelling job adverts and using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering a high‑quality hiring experience
  • Flexibility to travel to Beaconsfield and UK sites as required
