As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. You’ll partner with leaders to drive organisational design, support acquisitions and integrations, manage TUPE processes, and deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our business. Responsibilities
- Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives
- Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes
- Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance
- Deliver ER clinics and coach managers on HR best practice
- Analyse people data to shape decisions and solutions
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel and a valid UK driving licence
