This is a full time maternity cover role with hybrid working. Some travel to sites may be required for key meetings and projects.

Finance is central to this ambition, providing strong governance, insight and stewardship to support sustainable growth and better patient outcomes.
The Role
This is a high impact leadership role within Group Finance, responsible for core finance operations including balance sheet integrity, close, controls, cashflow and treasury.
As Group Finance Manager, you will lead a team of around 7 and act as a key link between Finance and the wider business. You will combine strong technical expertise with hands on leadership to ensure high quality reporting, robust controls and confident decision making.
- Deliver disciplined month end, quarter end and year end close with audit ready outputs
- Own balance sheet control including accruals, provisions, fixed assets, IFRS 16, payroll and intercompany
- Lead cashflow, treasury, banking and liquidity management
- Partner with senior leaders on operational, capital and investment decisions
- Support internal and external audits through strong governance and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement across core finance processes and systems
- Lead, develop and motivate a high performing finance team
