This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a hybrid basis. Join Vista Health and drive growth in the private healthcare sector. We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our network of clinical referrers – including physiotherapists, chiropractors, consultants, and private GPs. As demand for fast, reliable diagnostic imaging grows, we need a strong communicator and relationship builder to help us meet it.

As a Business Development Manager with Vista, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth by developing existing partnerships and generating new opportunities through strategic account management and targeted business development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver a growth-focused plan for new and existing clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers
  • Analyse data to drive strategy and performance
  • Represent Vista at events, expos, and client meetings
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is used effectively
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support partner engagement
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

  • Private healthcare or PMI experience preferred (not essential)
