As an Operations / Project Manager, you’ll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of PSA clinics, MRI pathways and PRS processes across your region. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams, university partners and NHS stakeholders to keep services running smoothly, hit all key performance targets and ensure every patient receives an excellent experience. This role suits someone proactive, solutions‑driven, calm under pressure. You will use your organisational strength and passion for quality improvement to support our mission of advancing prostate cancer screening.

Main duties of the job:

  • Leading day‑to‑day operational delivery across multiple trial sites
  • Coordinating clinics, staffing, resources and logistics

Job responsibilities:

Remote role with occasional UK‑wide travel (You’ll manage your own diary – typically 12 trips per month, potentially more during onboarding.) Flexible working within core office hours. Join InHealth and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused prostate screening services.

What you’ll be doing:
