We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. You'll lead strategic initiatives, uncover insights from complex data, and work with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to improve services. If you enjoy translating clinical and operational needs into innovative, compliant solutions that make a real difference for patients, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Lead requirements gathering and workshops with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Analyse healthcare processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, NHS Digital, HL7, FHIR, and SNOMED CT.
- Support product development and digital transformation initiatives with detailed analysis, process flows, and data models.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure user stories are well-defined and deliverables meet business expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders, business teams, and technical delivery groups.

You’ll bring
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, ideally within healthcare or health technology.
- Strong skills in process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance frameworks: HL7, FHIR, GDPR, NHS Digital guidelines.
- A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
