Make a Real Impact in Healthcare. At InHealth, we support the NHS through innovative services including triage, bookings, nurse-led Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) and mobile CT scanning. We are looking for a proactive and passionate Operations Manager to lead multiple LCS programmes across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
Main duties of the job
- Lead and manage LCS programmes across multiple locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, subcontractors and internal partners
- Ensure programmes consistently meet and exceed performance and quality standards
- Monitor and report on programme performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to policy development, planning and wider strategic delivery
