Location: Beaconsfield, Rochdale or London (Hybrid Working)

Join one of the UK's leading independent providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions and play a key role in helping us make healthcare better. We’re looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our high‑performing Legal team on a permanent basis. You’ll work closely with colleagues across operations, finance, clinical and IT functions to deliver practical, solution‑focused legal advice across the business. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 3 days per week. The successful applicant can be based from Beaconsfield, Rochdale or London.

Job responsibilities

  • Providing clear, practical and commercial legal advice across a wide range of business areas
  • Supporting the business to meet its contractual, corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Advising on contracts for the delivery of healthcare services to NHS and private sector clients
  • Drafting and negotiating supplier contracts for goods, services and technology
  • Supporting procurement and tender processes
  • Advising on commercial property matters including leases and licences
  • Assisting with complaints, claims, insurance matters and liaising with external counsel on disputes
  • Supporting regulatory compliance, including data protection
  • Contributing to corporate projects and wider business initiatives
  • Delivering training and guidance to stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters
