What you’ll be doing
- You’ll lead recruitment across a diverse portfolio of clinical, clinical support and corporate roles, particularly within hard-to-fill areas such as Imaging, PET-CT and Endoscopy.
- Partner with senior operational and HR leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies
- Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Design and deliver creative attraction campaigns across multiple channels
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insight
- Continuously improve job adverts, selection processes and recruitment outcomes
- Utilise Eploy ATS to manage activity, track progress and ensure compliance
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a complex, multi-site organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach - particularly in challenging recruitment markets
- Experience recruiting for specialist or hard-to-fill roles (e.g. clinical professionals)
- Confidence in candidate assessment, shortlisting and screening
- Skilled in writing compelling job adverts and using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering a high-quality hiring experience
- Flexibility to travel to Beaconsfield and UK sites as required
- International recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
