Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a part time Healthcare Support Worker to join our endoscopy team.

You will help deliver Endoscopy services for our Bicester site to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.

Main duties of the job

What you\’ll do:

  • Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times to ensure both privacy and dignity
  • Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff
  • Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors
  • Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse
  • Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for InHealth and deliver highest standard of care accordingly
