Location: Remote with occasional travel to the local programme office.

Join our national Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (DESP) team to improve early diagnosis and patient outcomes across the UK. InHealth supports more than 5 million patients every year, delivering high‑quality screening and data solutions in partnership with NHS organisations. In addition to the advertised salary, the role includes a £3000 bolt‑on annual payment for advanced grading.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first, second, arbitration, ROG and OCT grading following NDESP guidance.
  • Complete relevant units of the Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners and monthly EQA tests.
  • Become an expert user of Spectra.
  • Maintain excellent data security and follow all grading protocols.
  • Participate in competency assessments and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to MDT meetings.
