Join our national Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (DESP) team to improve early diagnosis and patient outcomes across the UK. InHealth supports more than 5 million patients every year, delivering high‑quality screening and data solutions in partnership with NHS organisations. In addition to the advertised salary, the role includes a £3000 bolt‑on annual payment for advanced grading.
Responsibilities
- Provide first, second, arbitration, ROG and OCT grading following NDESP guidance.
- Complete relevant units of the Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners and monthly EQA tests.
- Become an expert user of Spectra.
- Maintain excellent data security and follow all grading protocols.
- Participate in competency assessments and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to MDT meetings.
