About The Role
As InHealth continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Consultant Gastroenterologists / Endoscopists or Clinical Endoscopists to join our clinical team at our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Redruth, opening soon. Until then, you will work from our mobile unit in Bodmin.
You\’ll be part of a well-coordinated clinical team, working in suites equipped with high-quality tools, ensuring you have the best resources for your work. Our patient lists are well planned, preventing overstretching due to additional appointments.
Working at InHealth offers access to excellent facilities within a structured clinical environment. You will provide outpatient support and conduct endoscopy sessions. Our advanced Gastroenterology and Endoscopy services offer rapid examination and diagnosis for patients in Redruth, prioritizing high-quality, timely treatment in a clean and comfortable setting.
Requirements
- A UK registerable Medical Degree
- GMC registration with a license to practice
- Entry on the specialist register for Gastroenterology or General Surgery
- JAG Accreditation
Experience
Applicants should demonstrate exceptional skills in:
- Diagnostic Colonoscopy
- Diagnostic Gastroscopy
- Diagnostic Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
- Clinical audit and application of findings
- Experience equivalent to UK CCST training
- Providing expert clinical opinions in elective gastroenterology
- Independent responsibility for patient care
