Clinical Assistant Administrator – Wansbeck – 3×12 hour shifts Monday‑Sunday (shift pattern may vary to support business needs). Coverage of North Tyneside or Hexham may be required; access to a car is necessary. Responsibilities Welcome patients in a professional, courteous manner and coordinate their arrival, ensuring a smooth transition through to departure. Escort patients to and from the clinical area, explain the procedure and address any questions or concerns professionally. Complete the patient’s pre‑scan data protection/consent form and health and safety questionnaire (where applicable). Assess and monitor the patient’s condition after the procedure, reporting any changes to relevant staff immediately. Maintain patient and customer focus by delivering an excellent level of care throughout the MRI department. Accurately enter all relevant patient data into the patient management system. Manage administrative tasks within the unit, including: Dealing with telephone, direct and face‑to‑face enquiries. Booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system. Ensuring all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately. Qualifications
