Shifts: 8am-6pm, you need to be flexible through Monday to Sunday as it will be done on a rota basis.

We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Endoscopy team in Bristol! As part of InHealth, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience throughout their diagnostic journey. You will work closely with clinical teams and provide essential administrative support to help keep our endoscopy services running smoothly.

Main duties of the job:

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, supporting them from arrival to departure.
  • Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries promptly, sharing information and prioritising queries.
  • Book clinically validated appointments accurately and in line with clinical priority.
  • Track and distribute imaging data and reports, ensuring results are sent on time.
  • Support month-end administrative tasks for the management team.
  • Process patient invoices and payments accurately, recording and banking them promptly.

About you:

  • Experienced in a customer or patient-facing role.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multiskilled team.
