We are looking for a Lead Nurse / ODP to join our growing Endoscopy service. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping an outstanding patient experience while leading and developing a talented multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job:

Job details:

  • Shifts: 8am‑6pm, 4 days per week (37.5 hours)
  • Location: Patchway, BS34 5TL
  • Contract: Full‑time, permanent

About You:

  • NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP
  • Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent)
  • A passion for high‑quality, patient‑focused care
  • Confidence communicating at all levels
  • Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development for yourself and others
