Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a Healthcare Support Worker/Decontamination Technician to join our Endoscopy team in our brand new Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol. You will deliver an Endoscopy service to the highest standard, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.
Full Time / 37.5 hour contract / 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week / Flexibility through Monday - Sunday
What you’ll do:
- Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times.
- Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff.
- Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors.
- Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse.
- Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for InHealth and deliver highest standard of care accordingly.
