As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. You’ll partner with leaders to drive organisational design, support acquisitions and integrations, manage TUPE processes, and deliver strategic HR projects that shape the future of our business. What you’ll do:

  • Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives
  • Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes
  • Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance
  • Deliver ER clinics and coach managers on HR best practice
  • Analyse people data to shape decisions and solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) and solid HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel and a valid UK driving licence
