We're looking for an experienced and motivated Admin Team Leader to lead our Lung Cancer Screening Administration Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, ensuring an excellent service is delivered to both patients and stakeholders. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes, supporting service performance and creating an environment where colleagues can succeed.
