We are looking for an experienced and inspirational
Business Development Sales Manager to join our high-performing commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of seven Business Development Managers while driving growth across our network of clinical referrers and strategic healthcare partners.
Demand for diagnostic imaging continues to increase across the UK, with physiotherapists, chiropractors, consultants and private GPs seeking fast access to reliable diagnostic services for their patients.
In this role, you will support and coach the sales team to maximise opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships and secure new business.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing your own portfolio of clinical referrer relationships within the London market.
This position offers significant autonomy, visibility and commercial influence.
You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, delivering revenue and margin growth, and building a high-performance culture that supports Vista Health's ambitious growth plans.
What You Will Do
As Sales Team Manager, you will
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers to deliver sustainable growth across existing and new client portfolios.
- Create and implement sales strategies that support ambitious growth targets and wider business objectives.
- Set, monitor and manage individual and team sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support the team with strategic account development, helping to expand existing partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior purchasers of healthcare services and key strategic partners.
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clinical referrer relationships within the London market.
- Provide support and guidance on complex account management activities, commercial negotiations and retention strategies.
- Analyse sales performance, market intelligence and business data to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to ensure campaigns, materials and propositions support commercial growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance across the sales team.
- Champion effective CRM usage to maximise pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and customer engagement.
- Represent Vista Health at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate new opportunities.
About You

- A strong background within the private healthcare sector, healthcare services, private medical insurance or a related industry.

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
