What You’ll Be Doing
As our Lead Nurse / ODP, you will:
- Inspire and support your team to deliver safe, high‑quality endoscopy care.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- NMC registration as a Nurse or HCPC registration as an ODP.
- Strong leadership experience within an Endoscopy setting (Band 7 level or equivalent).
- Confidence communicating at all levels.
- Calmness, resilience, and clarity in challenging situations.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development—for yourself and others.
