Working closely with co-founders Nadira Lalji and Rahim Lalji, and our Head of Hotels – Montcalm Collection, this is a rare opportunity to be embedded at the heart of a fast-evolving hotel brand.You will act as a connector across internal teams and with external stakeholders, translating brand strategy into delivery and ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment across projects.
