She has gained critical acclaim for her avant-garde designs and for challenging modern luxury and for provocative predisposition towards violence, body-politics, shelter, control and surveillance tactics.
Kraftchenko continues to work with pre-existing and sustainable technical materials in innovative construction processes. By re-appropriating fetish, military and medical aesthetics, Kraftchenko draws links between control, submission, resistance and community. Challenging the notions of functionality of deconstructive continuous skins in architecture and fashion in industrial collapse.
Designed in London, artfully crafted and manufactured in London E1 as a form of rebellion against mass produced fashion, with a paradoxical aesthetic of punk ruin and decay.
Ingrid Kraftchenko Dollhouse is a radical collaborative studio spanning multi-disciplinary works operating between Architecture and Fashion design, Film, the Visual and Performing Arts. The firm's architectural and fashion design work frequently addresses issues of bodily enclosure and shelter at scales ranging 1:1 - 1:3000. Their work has been widely exhibited in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. Ingrid Krafchenko is looking for a Personal Assistant for her upcoming collection, Paris Showroom and London store opening in the Autumn. This is a freelance role.
To assist in the daily studio management, production and organisation. To delegate, manage studio members and assist Ingrid.
Client-focused professional with experience across luxury fashion, high-end retail and commercial strategy. Skilled in building relationships, delivering personalised service and managing complex projects with discretion and attention to detail. With experience in bespoke fashion environments and a passion for womenswear, menswear, design and craftsmanship andluxury tailoring Getting hands-on experience with management, assiting, PR, shoots, styling, eccomerce, shows and also with pattern cutting, garment construction, styling and working on collections and shoots. Someone who would thrive at the chance to learn in a more experimental studio environment. A highly dedicated fashion individual who is extremely organised and can work well under pressure. This is an ongoing paid freelance role for the right candidate. The candidate must have proven experience in a luxury brand or similar and be available soon and very flexible to work at our 2 studios in Shoreditch.
- Manage luxury bespoke showroom operations, styling clients and delivering personalised service.
- Support bespoke fittings, garment preparation and client consultations.
- Produce bespoke items with experience in pattern cutting, construction and alterations.
- Contribute to garment and accessory design, including bespoke bags and collections.
- Support fashion shows, photoshoots, lookbooks and collection launches.
- Create showroom displays reflecting the brand’s identity and craftsmanship.
- Liaise with makers, suppliers and collaborators to support production.
- Develop expertise in bespoke tailoring, luxury craftsmanship and client experience.
- Independent consultancy specialising in commercial strategy, client relationships and delivering tailored solutions for business.
- Managing relationships with clients and international partners, developing strong skills in communication, negotiation and understanding individual needs.
- Coordinating complex projects, timelines and stakeholder communications while maintaining high standards of organisation, professionalism and attention to detail.
