- Significant experience in dairy and/or non-dairy product development, ideally within customer-led technical development.
- Proven experience planning, executing, and supporting pilot plant and factory-scale trials.
- Strong technical understanding of food systems, ingredients, functionality, and processing techniques.
- Experience managing customer-facing technical projects and translating customer needs into practical product solutions.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and provide guidance across cross-functional teams.
Who you are
- A technically strong and commercially aware product developer with the ability to solve complex formulation and process challenges.
- Confident working autonomously, prioritising effectively, and managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative and credible, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across functions and with customers.
