What you will do:
- Business Growth – Deliver Beauty & Home targets, shape regional strategy, and drive key customer plans across the Middle East.
- Consultative Selling – Partner with technical teams to demonstrate the value of our starch‑based texturizers, identify innovation opportunities, and lead annual commercial negotiations.
- Strategy – Support global and EMEA Beauty & Home plans aligned with segment priorities and the Ingredion portfolio.
- Innovation – Bring new ideas, represent customer needs, spot emerging trends, and champion digital and AI tools to elevate customer service.
- Project Delivery – Identify growth opportunities, initiate customer projects, and ensure strong briefs and full delivery of project targets.
- Customer Centricity – Build strong, multi‑level customer relationships and deliver a consistent, positive experience.

What you will bring:
- Holds a degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry or in Pharma with commercial experience in at least one of the relevant business sectors.
