The Digital Enablement Specialist – Sales / Go-To-Market for the EMEA region will drive the development, adoption, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, sales analytics, and other digital sales tools including AI, ecommerce, and performance enhancements within the GTM organization. This position will collaborate closely with the GTM teams across EMEA to identify improvement areas, implement solutions, and provide training/support for these tools. It will also involve developing a digital enablement roadmap for the region. Core Responsibilities: Develop Digital Enablement Plan: Create and maintain a digital enablement strategy for EMEA, aligning with global and regional stakeholders, and monitor progress. Manage and improve tools, processes, and practices: Regularly assess current digital GTM capabilities, prioritize initiatives, evaluate new tools, and collaborate with the Knowledge Management team. Deliver training to ensure effective tool usage. Drive Analytics: Analyze usage data to identify trends and develop reporting frameworks. Align to Best Practice: Lead in using digital tools for collaboration and customer engagement, stay updated on latest CRM and sales technology trends. Be a solution provider: Address customer needs proactively, uncover pain points, and develop value-adding solutions. Internal Stakeholder Management: Build effective cross-functional relationships, participate in global CRM governance, and coordinate with supply chain and other functions.
