What you will do

  • Independently manage and deliver customer projects across dairy and non‑dairy applications.
  • Develop new products and technologies, including both "me‑too" and innovative concepts.
  • Plan, execute, and support pilot plant and factory trials for product and process scale‑up.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers in the UK and internationally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trials, and development activities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (sales, purchasing, quality, development) to deliver projects and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to cost optimization, raw material substitution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in dairy and/or non‑dairy product development.
  • Experience working with pilot plant and factory‑scale trials.
  • Knowledge of food systems, ingredients, and processing techniques.
