What you will do:
- Financial Reporting: Support monthly group reporting, including balance sheet and P&L reviews and ensure process controls of the share service center.
- Accounts Payable support: Assist the local finance team and IGS KL on all ad hoc AP topics, escalations and drive process improvements.
- Account Clearing: Responsible for the Account Clearing process in SAP.
- Balance sheet support: Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Audit & Compliance: Support the local finance team with external and internal audit requests and ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements.
What you will bring:
- Finance experience preferably in a multinational environment or in SME.
- Working knowledge on UK GAAP and US GAAP or IFRS.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, numerical and IT skills. Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience with ERP system, especially SAP ERP.
- Part qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent).
