As a Service Architect, you will play a pivotal role within our Service Architecture team, working at the heart of our customer and partner engagement strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams, technical specialists, partners, and end customers to shape, design, and present innovative service solutions that deliver real business value.
This is a highly influential, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of complex, multi-service opportunities—translating customer challenges into compelling, scalable service propositions. You’ll not only apply and evolve our existing service portfolio but also help shape new offerings, positioning yourself as a thought leader within the business. To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Service Architect, Solution Manager, Pre-Sales Architect, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services, Professional Services, Support, and Maintenance service models.
- Broad technical knowledge across Networking, Compute, Public Cloud, and modern infrastructure technologies.
- Experience developing customer proposals, Statements of Work, and commercial service models.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively up to C-suite level.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer business drivers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ITIL Foundation or Managing Professional certification is desirable.
- Experience within public sector procurement or complex transformational programmes would be advantageous.
