Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology projects and building trusted customer relationships? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team at Comms-Care. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation projects for some of the biggest names in technology, working alongside leading vendors, partners, and highly skilled technical teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading multiple professional services projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Working closely with consultants, architects, customers, and partners to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Owning project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted delivery lead throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Driving project quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing portfolio-level visibility and insight to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting cloud, infrastructure, and transformation programmes delivered across a range of technologies and industries.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers and technical teams.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project profitability.
  • A structured approach to delivery, governance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or other recognised project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience within professional services, managed services, or technology environments would be highly advantageous.
