As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll be identifying and engaging top candidates, using sourcing strategies, and helping shape the future of recruitment within Ingram Micro.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Sourcing Specialist:
  • Proactively sourcing candidates across various platforms
  • Screening potential hires and briefing them on exciting opportunities at Ingram Micro
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through interview and offer stage
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and providing guidance throughout
  • Networking and advertising to potential candidates
  • Handling queries related to contracts, pay, and logistics
  • Representing Ingram Micro at recruitment events and exhibitions
  • Conducting interviews via telephone and video
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
  • Experience sourcing sales and technical candidates across multiple platforms
  • Previous experience working within a HR function, ideally in an internal talent sourcing role
