About the Job

We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Dell team at Ingram Micro. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your sales career with one of the world's leading technology brands, developing strong customer relationships while becoming a trusted advisor on Dell's products and solutions. Core responsibilities:

  • Driving the growth of Dell products and services across existing and previously engaged customers
  • Building and developing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and solution-led selling
  • Becoming a go-to contact for Dell, developing strong knowledge of the products and services within your portfolio
  • Providing customers with product information, pricing, quotations, availability and promotional offers
  • Following up on opportunities and managing deals through to completion
  • Proactively managing your pipeline and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability
  • Working closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver the best outcomes for customers
  • Taking part in sales initiatives, campaigns and vendor-led activities where required
