About The Job

As a key member of the Ingram Micro Lifecycle business unit, the Sales & Business Development Manager will maximize the commercial return on pre-owned products by leveraging new and existing strategic relationships. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing market positioning, and ensuring the profitability of pre-owned products across diverse channels.

What you can expect to be getting up to as a Sales and Business Development Manager

  • Implement effective sales and business development strategies across assigned categories and regions.
  • Collaborate with UK, EU, and US ReCommerce teams to deliver initiatives that add incremental value to the business unit.
  • Maximize market prices and negotiate competitive deals while maintaining quality KPIs.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities through strategic negotiation and strong relationship-building.
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy to support sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure rapid resale of products through various channels, including operators, companies, insurers, and retailers.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial proposals and services with agility and responsiveness throughout the purchase, reconditioning, and resale processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution, demonstrating leadership and fostering team cohesion.
  • Analyze customer data and market intelligence to anticipate trends and developments among customers and competitors.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of current and upcoming legislation impacting the sector to proactively adjust strategies.
