We're looking for a Senior HR Administrator to support our Norwich site on a 12 month fixed-term contract, working 24 hours per week. Providing high-quality HR administration and first-line support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and site management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Maintaining HR and Time & Attendance systems, working with manager to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting employee relations processes, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
  • Liaising with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and Learning & Development activities.
  • Producing HR reports, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working with a HR generalist role.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and absence management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards is desirable.
