About the Job

Do you enjoy getting under the skin of a business, influencing commercial decisions, and turning financial data into meaningful insight? We're looking for an FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Business Partner to join Comms-Care, where you'll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions, driving profitability, and supporting long-term business growth. This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and senior leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge on complex customer contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives. If you're naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to influence outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing technology services business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
  • Providing financial insight on new business opportunities, contract renewals, and commercial initiatives.
  • Analysing margins, profitability, and business performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Supporting pricing governance and helping ensure commercially sound decision-making.
  • Evaluating complex commercial contracts and recurring revenue agreements.
  • Delivering meaningful reporting and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence influencing stakeholders across the business.
  • The ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience within technology, managed services, recurring revenue, or services-based businesses would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.

Why Join Comms-care?

  • Play a visible role in driving commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner directly with senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Join a business where finance is seen as a trusted advisor, not just a reporting function.
  • Be part of a growing technology organisation with strong career development opportunities.
  • Work in a collaborative environment where your insight and recommendations genuinely influence outcomes.

What we offer:

  • AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Employee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Modern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room.
  • Development opportunities with clear career progression and training.

Make an application to join the team! None of this is achievable without great people, with a complete customer focus. We offer a competitive base, commission, market leading incentives programme and clear career development. You will receive full training on the products you will be specialising in, and you will have access to a world leading catalogue of technology-based learning.
